As a rule of thumb, you qualify for an express detail if your carpet and mats are free of excessive dirt and stains, and there is no spilled material such as coffee or food, and the vehicle is free from pet hair and bio-hazards. If you book and express detail and the technician is unable to complete it due to the state of your vehicle, you will have the option or re-book for another time or receive a 90 minute detail service based on what area you would like the technician to detail.
The Premier Interior and Premier Exterior packages are the top of the line detailing services available on the market. Each of these packages is a comprehensive solution for the complete cleaning of every aspect of your vehicles interior or exterior. The Exterior package includes services such as tar/sap removal, polishing, complete show room wheel cleaning, chrome/metal polishing, and plastic trim cleaning/dressing. The Interior package includes services such as deep extraction of carpets, mats, and seats, air conditioning steaming (anti-bacterial), complete stain removal (if possible), and extensive odor treatment. These packages are sold separately as both cannot be completed on the same appointment. Book on consecutive days for the complete Premier Detail. If it's not the best detail your car has every received, we'll do it again!
The Luxury Detail is the Cadillac of details. In addition to everything that is included in the Smart Detail, the Luxury detail includes extra attention for your seats, leather, headliner, stubborn stains, and exterior paint. The Luxury detail is the highest level of service offer in a complete package and will leave you with a stunning look and impeccable clean.
The Express Detail is designed for customers who regularly get their vehicles detailed. It will provide you with a detailed and dressed interior and a clean, shiny exterior including wheels and tires. You vehicle will be sure to impress.
The Smart Detail is the most popular package and is the right detail for 80% of customers. If you have never had your car detailed, or if you want a deep clean, that reset your interior carpets and mats and gives you a fresh, clean look.
The smart wash is a hand wash for your vehicle using eco-friendly microfiber wash and includes a vacuum and quick wipe down of your vehicle’s interior. The Smart Wash take about 30 minutes and is a great option when you are short on time or on a budget.
You do not need to provide anything for an appointment as our professional technicians come equipped with water, power, and all the equipment and supplies needed to complete the detail of your vehicle. We do ask that you are present for a quick pre-inspection of your vehicle (about 5 minutes) and a quick post-inspection after the detail is complete. (about 5 minutes). If you are unable to be present for either of these, please insure your vehicle is unlocked and easily accessible for our detailer. We require that there is enough clearance around the entire vehicle to fully open the doors and perform a car wash.
If there is ever damage to your vehicle that is caused by a Smart Wash Technician during your appointment, we will work with you to ensure that it is taken care of. We cannot take responsibility for any maintenance issues present in your vehicle prior to an appointment, such as cracked or stuck windows and pre-existing damage like scratches or dents.
As professionals, all Smart Wash Technicians can operate manual vehicles. But, motorcycles are a different story!

You may cancel an appointment on our website at no charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time. If you cancel a residential appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start, a $12 cancellation fee may apply to cover the costs of rerouting our Technicians. We will never charge a fee for weather-related cancellations.
In the event of weather, such as freezing temperatures, storms, strong wind, rain, sleet, or hail, Smart Wash will continue to service vehicles in covered areas e.g. garages, parking structures, car ports, etc. If no covered areas are available, the technicians will assess the current climate, and if necessary, our scheduling team will work with you to find a more convenient time to schedule your service.
Due to the extra time and supplies necessary to complete the job, we add a minor fee for SUV and XL vehicles. Some 2-Door vehicle are larger in size and will be billed as 4-Door (Ex. Dodge Challenger) . For a vehicle to qualify as XL, it must be a full size SUV or pickup truck with extended Cab. Don't know if your vehicle constitutes an SUV or larger vehicle? To simplify and streamline our scheduling process, we've categorized vehicles in three distinct classifications: Car, SUV/MiniVan/Pickup, and XL. Car: Think small. Typically, 4 doors or less and 2 rows of seats or less, with a separated, enclosed trunk area. For example, sedans, coupes, and convertibles. Exceptions? Small hatchbacks. SUV/Minivan/Pickup: Think larger. Typically, 4 doors or more (rear hatches count) and 2 rows of seats or more, with an open trunk area. For example, minivans, pickup trucks, crossovers, station wagons, and SUVs. XL/exotics: The largest vehicles like Pickup trucks with extended cabs, Full size SUVs with room for 3 rows of seats and most exotic cars.

The clay bar is essential in decontaminating and smoothing the paints texture. A wax is required after the clay treatment to protect the paint until your next clay treatment.

Smart Wash guarantees you'll be satisfied with your detail or we'll do it again. Please be sure thoroughly review your vehicle BEFORE the detailer leaves. In the event that something comes to light after the service, we will offer to remedy any issues that are our fault. All of our customers are asked to review detailer performance on a 0-5 scale, 5 being the best. Your rating, as well as any comments, will be shared with the detailer. The time required for services depends on the size/type of vehicle you have, the service package requested, the number of technicians in the crew, and the specific equipment available to the detailer. Following are approximate times for a single technician. Express Detail - 60 to 90 minutes Smart Detail - 3 to 4 hours Luxury Detail - 4 to 5 hours Premier Exterior - 4-5 Hours Premier Interior - 4-8 Hours Advanced Coatings (on-site) - 12 to 48 hours

You can pay by cash or credit/debit card at the completion of service or prepay online or over the phone.
Additional charges can apply for excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, human or animal biowastes, and excessive dirtiness. If your vehicle has one of these issues, your technician will advise you of additional charges before the work begins. Surcharges are anywhere from 20-50% of the cost of the service package. Additional charges will also apply if you require services not specified in packages.
Pricing is listed on our booking page and is based on vehicle size and type. You can also see exactly what services are included in each package. The prices are based on in-shop service. A $30 destination fee is added for mobile services, however multiple cars can be detailed for a single destination fee so long as they are both are within 0.5 miles.
We schedule appointments every day of the week between Sunrise and Sunset. Same/day - next day service is generally available in most areas, but cannot be guaranteed at all times. When booking your service you will be able to select an appointment time.
